Last Kesselfleisch for this winter 2011

Friday 15th April was a sad day, as it was the last Kesselfleisch evening until next winter. The venue was as always at Norbert Schötter Gasthaus zur Eiche.

Kesselfleisch is boiled pork and served with sauerkraut, raw onions and freshly baked bread and plenty of beer from our village brewer Falterbräu.



We are lucky in that Norbert starts the roast chicken evenings in May, same great beer.
